01 // DETAIL

PROPULSION

The COR55 RAV features an industrial-grade engine room layout, prioritizing ease of maintenance and absolute redundancy for global cruising. Equipped with state-of-the-art dual marine diesels configured for continuous duty ratings, the vessel achieves trans-oceanic range with remarkable fuel efficiency. Advanced vibration dampening, A-class acoustic insulation, and precision-machined oversized shafts.

02 // DETAIL

CONSTRUCTION

Built to stringent CE Category A (Ocean) standards, the hull is a fortified monolith of engineering. We employ sophisticated vacuum-infusion processes utilizing vinyl-ester resins to eliminate blistering and reduce overall weight without sacrificing strength. Critical impact zones are heavily reinforced with Kevlar and carbon fiber overlays.

  • Solid fiberglass bottom and robust structural stringer grid
  • Vacuum-infusion process with high-grade vinyl-ester resin
  • Kevlar and carbon fiber reinforcements in critical zones

03 // DETAIL

SEAWORTHINESS

True to the trawler lineage, the COR55 RAV is designed to stay out when others must run for port. The heavily flared bow, deep forward entry, and Extended Trailing Edge (ETE) hull form are precisely optimized to part steep waves cleanly instead of riding over them, significantly reducing pitching. Gyroscopic and active fin stabilization systems work in harmony to virtually eliminate roll.

NAVIGATION

The primary command center aboard the COR55 RAV rivals commercial shipping vessels in capability. It features a complete 'glass bridge’ architecture with redundant multi-function displays (MFDs) that integrate charting, radar, sonar, and FLIR thermal imaging into a single unified interface. Sub-systems are wired with complete physical separation to prevent cascaded failures.
